Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are committed to delivering the highest quality PVC smart card prints with fast doorstep delivery across West Bengal and India.
Cancellation Before Printing
If you change your mind or placed an order accidentally, you can request a cancellation with a 100% full refund as long as your order status is in "Under Review" or "Order Placed" and physical thermal printing has not yet commenced. Simply message our WhatsApp support team with your Order ID or PRN number.
Damaged in Transit or Printing Defects
All PVC cards are inspected before dispatch. If your card arrives physically broken, scratched in transit, or has printing alignment defects caused by our equipment:
- We will issue an immediate free reprint and express re-dispatch, or
- Provide a 100% full refund if you prefer not to wait for a reprint.
- Please notify us on WhatsApp (+91 8509846559) within 48 hours of parcel delivery with a clear photograph or unboxing video.
Correcting Wrong PDF Uploads
If you uploaded the wrong PDF or an outdated digital card, you do not need to cancel! Simply go to your Customer Portal → My Orders and click “Upload Corrected PDF” before printing begins. Your order will automatically update to the latest document version without extra charges.
Custom Personalized Goods Policy
Because PVC identity cards are custom-manufactured personalized items bearing your specific identity documents, cards cannot be refunded once printing is completed and the package is in transit with the courier, except in the case of transit damage or manufacturing defects described in Section 2.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (UPI / Bank Account / Card via Razorpay) within 3 to 5 business days depending on your banking provider.
